How to handle if there is a quality problem with the product?

If there is a quality problem of the product caused by non-human factors, the customer needs to provide relevant evidence (photos, inspection reports, etc.) within 7 working days after receiving the goods. We will verify the situation as soon as possible, and provide free rework, replacement or corresponding compensation according to the severity of the problem, ensuring the customer's rights and interests throughout the process.
