Stamping

What is Precision Metal Stamping? Metal stamping is a high-speed cold-forming process where flat sheet metal is fed into a precision die inside a stamping press, transforming raw coils into finished parts in a single stroke — or a series of strokes. At HY-HK, our core stamping technology covers the full spectrum: blanking, piercing, bending, deep drawing, embossing, flanging, coining, and progressive die forming. We process materials from 0.1mm ultra-thin foil to 6mm heavy-gauge steel — stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, spring steel, and titanium alloy. Our proprietary core tooling technology ensures ±0.05mm tolerance across millions of pieces, with zero variation, zero defect, zero compromise. We don't just stamp metal. We engineer the die. We control the process. We own the precision.

Technical Principle

How It Works — 4 Steps, One Stroke:

Feeding: Flat sheet metal (blank or coil) is fed into the stamping press via an automatic feeder — accuracy ±0.1mm.

Striking: The press ram drives the punch into the die at high speed (up to 200+ strokes/min), applying tons of force to cut, bend, or form the metal.

Forming/Separating: Depending on the die design, the metal is either separated (blanking/piercing) or deformed (bending/drawing/embossing) into the final shape.

Ejection: The finished part is automatically ejected, inspected, and stacked — ready for assembly or surface treatment. Our core technology controls every step with real-time monitoring.
